THE FIVE PILLARS Workout Program
Welcome to the Five Pillars Workout Program. This formula is a training method that utilizes the primal ranges of motion. These include the ever-important Press, Double Leg, Pull, Single Leg, and Full Body or Core motions. By focusing on these, you will gain many benefits, including losing weight, improving your strength, toning muscle, and increasing your speed and flexibility.
WHERE DID THE FIVE PILLARS FORMULA COME FROM?
In the past, we have spent many countless hours pushing beyond our limits to achieve World Championships. During the periods between training camps and events, we discovered something was missing. We required a training program to continue improving abilities and maintain health. With this in mind, we developed a program that worked perfectly before, during, and even after our training camps. It would function with or without equipment, and we could do it at home, the gym, outside, or even while traveling!
HOW DOES THIS PROGRAM WORK?
The Five Pillars Workout helps you reach your goals in two different ways. The first is that it allows you to create your workouts with many exercise options. The second is that it offers engineered training that gives you optimal results. These structures are fresh, fun, and progressive for everyone, from the beginning fitness enthusiast to the elite athlete.

It offers the instruction for each motion and not just one library but five individual ones broken down into each range of motion. What if you don’t want to build your workouts? Then follow along with a proven system of training that will get you balanced results. All you have to do is select from any of our over 50 prearranged Workouts, watch the example videos of the exercises, set your timer, and crush your goals!

How would it be to have a workout format that grew with you? The Five Pillars Workout Program is 100% adaptable to your abilities. If you are recovering from an injury, you can modify or switch out an exercise. We also encourage you to increase depth, resistance, or speed based on your fitness level and goals.
