During the last few years we have spent some time building up our Private Lesson students into what we call Blitz Training. At the end of every session, we spend just under four minutes (which includes rest time) focusing on two exercises. The goal over all is to do as many of each exercise for just 20 seconds. We record the numbers and every time we do that exercise we try to beat our best number.
THIS IS GOAL SETTING AT ITS GREATEST!!!
After three weeks we have six exercises we stack together into one longer session that takes less than 14 minutes (which also includes rest time). We then take our best numbers from each exercise and… GO FOR IT!
This puts you into a healthy competitive mode against your worst enemy… YOURSELF.
It creates a hunger inside you that will start to indirectly apply in every day life. This is what develops WILL POWER, mind over matter and what we call the "One More Mindset.”
HOW DO WE KNOW THIS?
Well every person has given me input before and after week four. Many people coming in have actually said, "I didn't THINK I can do that."
But… guess what? THEY DID!!!
We cannot express in words how huge this break through is. You see we naturally put up barriers. Sometimes these walls in our progress are just negative thoughts that we allow to stop us. There is a quote that sums this up.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
Well every week you will receive a new lesson plan with video instruction. During week one, two and three there are only two exercises. Your goal is to perform the workout anywhere from one to three times per week. During each workout you are only looking to improve your best number by one more rep.
IS IT HARD TO FOLLOW?
It is as easy as hitting play on the video which runs the timer, shows you the exercise and gives you coaching step by step through it. All you have to do is the exercise for 20 seconds and then record your number. Simple.
DOES IT COST A LOT?
This structure in our facilities is part of our Personal Lesson Training Program which is twice a week at $280 per month.
