THE BEGINNING
The roots of this challenge started over ten years ago when we were busy and knew we had limited time to train. We needed something simple that we could focus on each day. We needed something that would continue to get us results. We decided to set a number to one exercise and focus on that daily. This target made the basic concept of the challenge easy to follow. The results at the end of each month were off the charts.

THE EVOLUTION
As we followed the basic concept of this challenge over the years, we realized it offered a great deal of flexibility. This benefit included modifying the challenge to accommodate simple and complex goals. We have used it to rehabilitate injuries, get people into shape and even prepare for elite-level performance.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
This five-week challenge is simple. Monday through Friday, you will set a goal to complete 300 repetitions of an exercise each day. You can divide up your 300 in any way you need. For example, on a busy day, you might plan to accomplish all 300 at once. On a more relaxed day, you can divide and conquer 300 across your entire day. It’s your challenge, which makes it easy to customize and fit your schedule. We highly recommend doing a little throughout your day. It makes it easier to complete, which gives you great benefits. These include peaking your metabolism, boosting your energy, elevating your mood, and increasing focus!

WHY 300?
We know 300 might seem like a lot in just one day, so let’s do some math. If the average person slept eight hours, then take 300 and divide by 16 hours they are awake. That only has you doing 19 repetitions each hour. You might not be able to do that throughout your work day, but you get our point. 300 is achievable for all of us. You have the time, and now you can create a new habit while making yourself healthier.
